\chapter*{Abstract}
With the emergence and cheaper portable GPS devices, geolocation went from being a technology only available in very specific and expensive systems to be accessible to all users. Its use spread to many areas and activities, for example to give support and assistance to drivers of all kinds of vehicles. Subsequently smartphones began to introduce more and better features, including the ability to use GPS data as input to feed all kinds of applications: compasses, speedometers, video games, road routes, maps, etc..
-Taking advantage of GPS technology included in the smartphones, with this project a user can receive publicity at any time, any place and also make this publicity to be dependent on its current position. Today there are information panels that can be more or less useful, with this project will create virtual information panels which do not physically exist and whose scope is confined to a specific geographic area. When a user is located within that area will receive the advertisement but he or she always can decide whether or not to receive ads and also its type. The reception should be done on a device that has an Internet connection and GPS, such as a smartphone.
